  • Tom is our Senior Video Production Manager, which means he spends a lot of time obsessing over how stories are told—whether through interviews, cinematography, or the perfect cut that makes everything click.
    A lifelong film lover, Tom is just as happy watching a blockbuster on the big screen as he is dissecting an indie gem at home. He takes his Letterboxd profile worryingly seriously, curating star ratings and reviews as if the BFI is personally watching. He also has a soft spot for horror—whether it’s a slow-burn psychological thriller or a gloriously schlocky B-movie, he’s all in.


    He studied Film Production in Cheltenham, officially specialising in producing, but in reality, doing a bit of everything: editing, directing, sound, camera work, and making sure projects actually make sense. For him, storytelling isn’t just about nice visuals—it’s about making sure every shot, transition, and sound design choice serves a purpose.


    He also loves motion graphics—quick, sharp, and satisfying. Few things bring him more joy than making pixels behave.


    In short: Tom makes videos that actually say something. And he’ll go to great lengths to make sure they do.
